This week on Earth Matters, Donna Stevens interviews Katherine (Katie) Davis, Public Lands Campaigner with the Center for Biological Diversity.
They discuss issues that affect the Gila National Forest, such as the multi-year process of revising the Forest Plan, a comprehensive document that will guide Forest Service projects and policies for years – or decades – to come. Davis also talks about the recent Travel Management decision on the Gila National Forest, and the importance of citizens’ involvement in forest protection issues.
Earth Matters airs Tuesday & Thursday at 10am and 8pm
