On this week’s edition of Earth Matters, Donna Stevens, Executive Director of the Upper Gila Watershed Alliance, interviews Dr Kathy Whiteman.

They discuss the sixth Natural History of the Gila Symposium, which takes place February 25 & 26 at Western New Mexico University.  The Gila bioregion is high in biological diversity, and much research has taken place in various ecosystems. The symposium brings together scientists and researchers, conservationists and agency staff to talk about the Gila.
