Earth Matters co-producer and Gila Resources Information Project director Allyson Siwik talks to Sandy Jones, District 5 commissioner with the Public Regulation Commission (PRC).

The PRC regulates the utilities, telecommunications, and motor carrier industries in the state to ensure fair and reasonable rates, and to assure reasonable and adequate services to the public.  Sandy talks about the PRC’s role in renewable energy development in the state and the recent agreement struck on PNM’s San Juan Generating Station Replacement Plan.
