Gender Trouble / PFLAG

This week Gender Trouble will be hosting PFLAG of Silver City.  PFLAG (Parents Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) has a long history in Silver City.  Damie Nelson and Mimi Clark will be discussing their work with PFLAG, and sharing with us the circumstances in their lives that have led to their involvement with the organization.

Many of us have seen the PFLAG banner in our 4^th of July Parade.  This coming broadcast will talk about why it is so important for PFLAG to be seen and represented in our parades and other events in Silver City.
