There are roughly 30,000 people within reach of our signal in Grant County with an additional 17,000 in Deming and Lordsburg. If we get 1,000 member/supporters at an annual membership of $60, that will provide 80% of our projected budget. Think of it as a latte and a danish once a month for 30 days of Independent Community Radio! Such a deal!
We are confident that even in these difficult times that hearing what we need to be informed and enriched and being able to raise our voices is well worth that small sum and within our means.
We also know that too many of us are already as lean as can be and we appreciate any donation for any amount. In some ways we appreciate your support even more because we know how hard it is to part with a dollar when you don’t know where the next one is coming from.
So yes, you can donate one time in any amount but we urge you to become a member at the highest level that your circumstances allow. For everyone who joins at a higher level, there is another member of the community who may have financial difficulty but has just as great a need for community media. When you become a member, you will be investing in your community and “raising all boats.”

We appreciate donations of any amount and frequency but also note that PayPal fees reduce the net amount we receive so while we are happy to accept smaller monthly donations via PayPal, a single annual membership payment of $60 will result in more revenue for GMCR than 12 monthly $5 donations.
We all enjoy the convenience of online transactions – particularly for recurring monthly payments which help us in budgeting. But all else being equal, sending a check results in more revenue for GMCR. Again, we appreciate your support either way.
