Kevin Bixby, the Executive Director of the Southwest Environmental Center, is the guest on this week’s Earth Matters.  Bixby and Donna Stevens of the Upper Gila Watershed Alliance talk about the straightened and constrained Rio Grande and the  Southwest Environmental Center’s efforts to protect and restore it.  They also discuss New Mexico’s State Wildlife Action Plan, the shortcomings of the state’s wildlife protection efforts, and wildlife killing contests.
