For this week’s installment of Use Your Words!, Elise Stuart interviews John Ashbaugh: writer, visual artist, teacher, and student of life.

John studied and earned several degrees along the way and also traveled to India, Nepal, southeast Asia, and Guatemala. He assembled a collection of full color illustrations and poetry in EarthTribe Gather, Outline for a New Mythology, inspired by his viewing and understanding of the ancient Aztec calendar. His hope in presenting his life’s work is for people to reunite and connect with earth as a living organism, and with each other.

Use Your Words! is broadcast live on the 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month at 4:30pm and rebroadcast the following Fridays at the same time.
