Use Your Words! / Writers Speak is a locally produced literary discussion and interview program on Gila / Mimbres Community Radio and KURU / 89.1 FM hosted by none other than the 2nd Poet Laureate of Silver City, New Mexico, Elise Stuart, and WNMU writer in residence and award winning author, JJ Amaworo Wilson.

Elise and her team of local literati share in the production, technical and creative aspects of the show which includes, of course, the local lights in the world of creative writing and poetry – and there are more than a few – as well as names and talents beyond Southwest New Mexico.

Use Your Words currently airs live on the 2nd & 4th Fridays of each month at 4:30pm. Recordings of each program are posted on the GMCR website shortly thereafter to enjoy at your convenience.
