This is the second installment of Earth Matters and Donna Stevens – Executive Director of Upper Gila Watershed Alliance – will host this week’s program.

Donna addresses the issue of the Gila National Forest Travel Management Plan and also discusses how the issue relates to the SWCCA / Southwest County Commission Alliance that has been mired in controversy since its inception due to intemperate remarks by public officials suggesting violation of federal law based upon the “Constitutional Sheriff” movement.

Her guest, Walter ‘Ski’ Szymanski, has been following the activities of the SWCCA and provides context on the sudden appearance of the organization and insight as to its purpose.
